Background
KR Agri Services (Pty) Ltd (Company Registration No.: 2018/456507/07) was incorporated in 2018 as a Pty Ltd company with the Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission (CIPC) as an advisory and project management company with its headquarters based in Polokwane and an office in Gauteng.
Our core areas of interest are agriculture, agro-processing, agro-tourism, environmental management, and urban and rural development. While the membership of the organization is small, specific fields of expertise have been developed using the desire for sustainable development as a common philosophy. KR Agri Services has links and access to experts in other fields, which constitute a multi-skilled team.
KR Agri Services was founded with the sole purpose of developing innovative sustainable solutions that unlock our clients’ potential and result in the re-engineering of Local Economic Development. We provide tailored solutions to help our clients address social, environmental, and economic imperatives.
Having been involved with agribusiness development programs and local organization development for more than a decade, the founding member of KR Agri Services has not only built significant practical experience in the field but also established invaluable contacts throughout the industry in both the public and private sectors.
KR Agri Services has long-established relationships with skilled service providers in other disciplines should a project require skills not available in-house or via contracted personnel. This includes, inter alia, organizational development, GIS services, environmental management, and transaction advisory.

We conduct feasibility studies to assess the desirability and socio-economic viability of the business idea or project.
(ii) Project Planning, Design, and Implementation
KR Agri Services, as an integrator with its full-service approach, begins by helping its customers evaluate and understand the proposed projects through a non-binding consultancy agreement.
(iii) Knowledge and Skills Transfer
KR Agri Services has developed a unique approach through which local competency is developed to operate and manage the ongoing operation of the projects. The project scope includes local team employment and training, as well as mentoring them to take independent management in the future.
(iv) Small-Medium Enterprise Development
KR Agri Services initiates a culture of developing enterprises to grow and become profitable. This development is promoted by mentorship, coaching, and incubation programmes.
